1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Our system follows a specific workflow to ensure your order is handled correctly:
- Order & Payment Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, our system begins the verification process. You will receive an initial notification once your order is officially confirmed.
- Total Processing Time: It takes 3 to 4 working days to complete payment verification and prepare your items for shipment.
- Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order has officially left our warehouse, you will receive a second notification containing your order tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery timelines begin after the 3–4 day processing period is complete:

Please note: Delivery windows are estimates based on courier schedules.
3. Address Accuracy & Urgent Changes
We want to ensure your package arrives at the right door.
- Check Your Details: Please carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- Correcting an Error: If you realize you entered the wrong address, you must contact us as fast as possible via email.
- Deadline: We can only make changes while the order is in the 3–4 day processing phase. Once the order is dispatched and you receive your tracking number, we can no longer alter the destination.
